Viet Bac IC, a green, smart industrial gateway in the North of Vietnam
Viet Bac IC is located on Thai Ha Road, Than Khe Commune, Hung Yen Province — positioned as a ‘Gateway – Green – Smart’ cluster within the Northern Key Economic Region, Vietnam’s largest FDI hub. The cluster spans 74.88 ha with 50.44 ha of industrial land, divided into 39 lots from 5,000 m², with a land lease term until 2076.
Strategic connectivity: located on the axis linking the CT01 expressway (Cau Gie – Ninh Binh, toward Hanoi and the South) with the CT04 expressway (Hanoi – Hai Phong, toward Hai Phong Port); about 1.5–2 hours to Hanoi and 2–2.5 hours to the Lach Huyen deep-water port in Hai Phong; approximately 100–120 km from both Noi Bai and Cat Bi airports — benefiting from the Red River Delta’s integrated logistics network.

Multimodal infrastructure connections
On the axis linking the CT01 expressway (Cau Gie – Ninh Binh, toward Hanoi and the South) and the CT04 expressway (Hanoi – Hai Phong, toward Hai Phong Port).
